We have moved to South Surrey/White Rock near the Morgan Creek golf course.
In addition to making sure our practitioners are only coming to work when they are well, we also require you to fill out an online form to see if you qualify for in person care. You must not show any signs of cold, flu or Covid 19 symptoms for at 10 consecutive days before you qualify to have in person sessions. Each time you visit you will be required to answer basic health screening questions and have your temperature taken.
We will be spacing out your Osteopathic visits to eliminate congestion in the reception area. We ask that you arrive on time or only a couple minutes before your start time. We will do our best to start and finish on time. Our washrooms are officially closed to the public however will make exceptions if you need to use our facility. Please let the practitioner know if you have done so as we will need to make sure they are wiped down.
To help stop the spread of Covid 19 we ask that when you arrive, please sanitize your hands with the hand sanitizer at the front desk. We will provide a mask for you to wear if you do not arrive with your own. Due to the small spaces, please wear your mask for your entire visit to our clinic. There is plexiglass at the front reception for your protection. If you have a baby coming in to see us, we will wear gloves for the entire session. As well we will work through the sheets and use gloves when we touch uncovered areas such as face or neck. Your Osteopathic session is meant to be enjoyable so we are keeping things as simple and safe as possible.
To stop the spread of Covid 19, each room will have all high touch surfaces disinfected and wiped down between sessions. This includes the chair you sit on! All the blankets and sheets will be fresh and changed for your session. We are restricting use or our office washroom but if you do need to use it, please let us know and we will make sure it gets cleaned promptly.
When able, we ask both you and our staff to observe social distancing. Although, most of us will be walking around with masks on please do your best to keep your distance in our common areas. We will be taking payment in the session room to avoid too much congestion in the reception area. If you prefer to pay ahead of your visit we are happy to do so.
We have contactless payments available and for those who do need to touch the screen we will give you a tissue to touch the screen through to avoid direct contact with the machine. We also are happy to accept an etransfer in advance of your session. If you wish to do this you do not need a password if you send it to firstname.lastname@example.org
